This peaceful community in Elk County, incorporated back in the 1840s, is home of more than 14500 inhabitants. This city has a total area of 100 square miles of territory; after unifying its territory with Benzinger township back in the early 1990s, sharing borderlines with Jonhsonburg, Ridgway, Jones Township, Fox, and Mount Jewett.
