About the area |
Located in the snowbelt region of Lake Erie and nested in the arms of Cambridge Springs, Venango, McKean, Saegertown, and Mill Village, this community was founded back in the 1840s. This borough, elevated 1220 feet above sea level and approximately 2.5 square miles of territory, is today the home for more than 6950 inhabitants and it is mostly a residential and resort territory because of the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, member of the State System of Higher Education with more than 8000 students. |
