Lincoln is home to some of the early settlers of Rhode Island and it is normal to find grand Victorian homes which have been maintained in tact. The villages of Saylesville and Limerock speak a different story of Lincoln because of its Indian appearance. History has proof that the Victorians and the Indians did dwell together.
