Watauga Lake is very big and is located in the Northern parts of the Tennessee Mountains. It is a Major tourist hot spot and actually the Watauga city is only a small part of the shoreline. However it is also the closest to the lake. People rent boats and explore the scenery going deeper into the Lake. You can also visit the Watauga Dam area for some fun and entertainment. |
