About the area

Crossville is a strange name for the city but when you know why it does not seem strange at all. There are two important federal highways that transverse here, United States Route 70 and the US 127. The US 70 is parallel to I-40. Crossville is located on the diagonal connecting the two parallel lines. Leave the geometry but when it comes to things to do here it is not so crossed. It is a historic city and you have to visit the Civil War memorial. If not for hat happened we wouldn’t be where we are…Right? We all need to respect history.
