The Fiddlers Jamboree and Craft Festival is a two day long event celebrated on the first weekend of July. Contestants who know of the Appalachian dance and music come from all over the United States to take part. Smithville which is a small town not more than forty thousand people suddenly becomes double its size and yet holds them all gracefully. |
