The Battle of Moscow Park is the most famous site of the City and is a landmark for the residents here. All directions begin tracing from this battlefield. During the Civil War the City was in quite a skirmish. There was an attempt to burn the bridge on Wolf River close by and the African Americans of the area foiled the plan. |
