About the area
Founded in the early 1820s, this land grew up rapidly thanks to the Houston and Texas Central Railroad arrival during the second half of the 19th century. This nice community in Brazos County has an estimated population of 65700 people and it is part of the Southeastern territories of Central Texas State. Part of the Texas A&M University campus is located in this territory, which is also home of Blinn College. The most important subdivisions of this land are the Historic Downtown Bryan, The Garden District, Traditions, Miramont, and Park Hudson. For those who love sports, the Kyle Field, Texas World Speedway, G. Rollie White Coliseum, Travis Field, and the Anderson Track and Field Complex will make their dreams come true!
