About the area |
This community of 24000 people living in 29.6 square miles of territory was originally settled by the Sabine River in the early 1840s. Elevated more than 410 feet above sea level, this land of a population density of 804 people per square mile has its educational needs met by the Spring Branch Independent School District and the Houston Community College System.
