This lovely rural and traditional land was established in the 1950s on the southwestern wing of Austin keeping a close eye on the environmental protection and the preservation of its almost 450 inhabitants integrity. When analyzing the population in this territory, we can easily find that most of the residents in this land are White Non Hispanic while the next important racial group is constituted by the Latinos, and finally some minorities of Korean, American Indian, and other races are present as well. With a major Irish and German influence this community elevated more than 665 feet above sea level and served by the Austin Independent School District, has a population density of more than 310 people per square mile located near Rollingwood, Lost Creek, West Lake Hills, Shady Hollow, Barton Creek, and San Leanna.
