About the area |
Orderville in its early years was an example of the cooperatives organized under the United Order Movement of the Mormons. There's a shop in this town where you get coffee or floats, nothing special there except its called the Rock Stop and indeed shaped like a rock. Red Hollow, a slot canyon with some vivid colors, is worth the hike of a couple of miles off the road. Sugar Knoll - Red Cave is a trail with a cave that is a bit of a hike out of town and also includes a slot canyon with all colors of sandstone. |
