Botetourt County has a population of about 32,000 people. Interstate 81 passes through Botetourt County. I-64 is within miles of the County border. Other major highways that traverse the County include US Rt 11, US Rt 220 and US Rt 460. Botetourt County Club and Blue Ridge Bicycle Club are in Botetourt County. Botetourt County Veterinary Hospital is said to be one of the very best.
Appalachian Trail is somewhere around here too, including Fincastle.
