About the area

Back in the early 1700s the eight shires of the Charles City County separated into independent communities, Prince George was one of those shires named after important members of the Royal families across the ocean. Many archaeologist have found over since the late 1900's several museum pieces, they became part of the heritage preserved for generations to come.
