This court is located a short distance from the intersection of US Highway 12 and State Road 107; and where State Road 107 becomes Main street. Montesano Municipal Court has jurisdiction over traffic infractions, criminal misdemeanor, and gross misdemeanor violations occurring within the city as well as original criminal jurisdiction of all violations of city ordinances. |
| About the area |
Montesano is planninng to build a Community Park which will have something for everyone. The park will include three lighted baseball & softball fields, three lighted soccer fields, concession/restroom building, full sized outdoor basketball court, horseshoe pits, covered picnic shelter, picnic and barbecue areas and a wood plank wetland interpretive trail. This city sure wants to provide its residents with a place to relax. But after all the sports facilities available require efforts by the people won't they be tired?
