The King County court house is wedged between I-5 and some Alaskan viaduct. We think that should mean water coming from Alaska to Seattle, but it might just be a road. Plenty of Seattle city offices are nearby, along with King County offices next door. Lots of transit stops including bus and something that looks interesting - maybe a tram? Across the viaduct is a pier with some ferry rides to Bremerton and Vashion Island.
The courthouse is home to King County Superior Court and Seattle District Court. Not too far away is Seattle Municipal Court.
