This is the Seattle Division of the Kings County District Court. Also the address of the KCDC administrative judge. Much of typical district court work is actually heard in Seattle Municipal Court.

King County is one of the richest counties in US, so you can expect high living expenses too. I-5, I-90 and I-405 are the important highways passing through the county. County is also famous for housing headquarters of software giant Microsoft at Redmond.
