The court is located near State road 166. Criminal Traffic charges like Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUI) and Driving While License Suspended (DWLS) are filed into this Court. Traffic infractions including speeding, license tabs charges and equipment violations are also heard in this Court.

About the area |
Port Orchard was originally a lumber town and is the county seat. With its location on Sinclair Inlet, it has numerous marinas which provide visitors and boat dwellers with convenient accommodations. Visitors can enjoy a nice ride on the ferry to Bremerton or Seattle. The Sidney Museum, using the original town name, is a small museum which has displays depicting life in early South Kitsap County. It has a general store, school, doctor's office and hardware store.
