About the area |
There are benches throughout the city and wide sidewalks making Newport a walker friendly city. Stores in the downtown area were recently restored to give them the look of years ago. A historic train depot, which has gone the way of all train depots when the old railroads were abandoned, is now the County Historical museum. A Mediterranean style villa Bed and Breakfast is located on Diamond lake. |
