Everett District Court is known formerly is also known as the Everett or Central division of the Snohomish county District court. Municipal court proceedings for Mukilteo are held in this court.

About the area

Everett was once a mill town. Everett was incorporated in 1893 and was also named county seat In the same year. There are more than 40 parks and two PGA-rated golf courses in Everett. In 1992, three Navy ships participated in the formal opening of the new pier at Naval Station Everett completing the development of a US Navy Battle Group homeport on Puget Sound first proposed in the early 1980's by the Secretary of the Navy.
