About the area |
College Place is an appropriate name for the city since it is home to Walla Walla University a private university affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Kiwanis Park is the region's premier softball facility. There are four new fields, a playground, picnic shelter, bleachers and scoreboards. All this fulfilled the dreams of city officials and local service clubs to have this faclity built.
