So you want to keep chickens and have fresh eggs. Well you are in the right place. On July 27th of 2009, the Blaine City Council passed a Municipal Code amendment that made it legal to keep up to six hens in many residential areas. In August and September free outdoor concerts are held at Peace Arch State Park which celebrate Asian cultures of the Pacific Northwest. Korean, Japanese, Philippine and Chinese dancers and musicians perform at these concerts. |
