About the area |
Colfax does not have many landmarks to distinguish the town. The Codger Pole, a 65 foot high carved pole depicts heads donned with football helmets to commemorate a high school game of the 1930's. The Perkins house is a restored dwelling representative of the Victorian age of building. It is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. |
