About the area

Balsam Lake features Canadian Yew evergreens along its shore. It's the place for bass fishing, also northern pike, blue gill and others varieties. Descendents of the Chippewa Indians are living here. Five Flags Golf Course is on Route 2. The JJ Arena Saddle Club offers a kids Candy Bar Horse Race and also a Barrel race.
