About the area |
The Madison Civic center is the central place in this city for much of the entertainment. It is the site of professional wresting events, the annual Clash in the Coalfields, a multi-team roller derby scrimmage, concerts and basketball leagues for kids 8 thru 18. The arena can seat close to 1500 spectators. The city also has a municipal swimming pool.
