About the area

The city of Huntington is certainly making it good to do business here. Retailers and service businesses in the city have had their business and occupation (B&O) taxes reduced or eliminated. The city hopes to draw retail businesses and manufacturing to it and aid those enterprises that already exist. The Ritter Park Amphitheater is a great place to see concerts and dramas during the summer months. Visitors owe it to themselves to visit the Rose gardens in the park and smell and look at the close to 200 varieties of roses displayed by around 2000 bushes.
