When was the last time you saw a Baby Crawling contest? Well now you have a chance to see one at the annual King Coal festival held in September. There are other things to see at this festival as well. Making the famous “King Coal Apple Butter" is a tradition joined by the public display by winners of the CEDAR Coal Fair projects, the Pet Show of dogs and cats, Miss King Coal Pageant, Williamson Farmer’s Market, Car and Motorcycle show, Coal Mining Display and exhibit, annual parade and King Coal Bowl. It all ends with the Pinto Bean Dinner.
