About the area

They sure know how to make do in this town. What was formerly the Ice House, an apple cold storage building now is the home of the Morgan Arts Council all the while undergoing renovation. These renovations have been turning the building into a community art center. The council presents free summer concerts in Berkeley Springs State Park Saturday afternoons in July and August. There are ongoing Ice House Theater projects and a changing exhibit gallery held in the building.
