The Humphrey County Museum of Waverly and the Civil war fort feature a huge room full of memorabilia. It also houses an extensive collection of Native Indian artifacts. It is located at the Civil War Fort which is intact including the bunkers and pits. You can also stay at the Nolan Bed and Breakfast or have some lunch here. With ready home cooked meals you also get to experience a great heritage Victorian building that was built in 1870. There is also a family cemetery and a hiking trail here.
