ABOUT THE AREA
The Reel foot national Wildlife Refuge attracts several tourists during holiday season. It is located by the Reel foot Lake. It is mainly a refuge for migratory birds and the lake is ideal because it houses some of their favorite fish. The refuge is also bordered by the Mississippi River on the Northern side. It is a nice place to see bald eagles and waterfowls.
