ABOUT THE AREA

Named for a tribe driven from their home in North Carolina, Tuscarora includes an Indian Burying Ground & the notable Bear Falls, a waterfall of great beauty. A stone chimney built by Eliba B Albee in 1831 is one of the oldest landmarks in the county.
