The Penquis Higher Education Center is located in various local educational facilities throughout Dover-Foxcroft and is part of th University of Maine system. This institution through the use of interactive television (ITV), online courses, and onsite classes provides courses of study which can lead to certificates and associate, bachelor, and master degrees.
