All mail addressed to the Cumberland County Clerk's office should be addressed to specific divisions.

A portion of this large city juts out into bodies of water made up of Back Cove, Fore river and Casco bay. At over 50 acres Deering Oaks is the largest park in Portland. Concerts and events featuring local bands and folk singers are held in the park during the summer. This part of the year is the time for the farmer’s market held in the middle of the park. This park also has a newly renovated information center which provides information on local historical sites. For recreation there are tennis courts, real beach sand volleyball courts and for the kids there is splash pool with sprinklers.

Seven judges serve in this court as well as in other Superior courts in the state.
