The pretty borough of Park Ridge is home to 8000 residents. The town is served by NJ Transit and is well served by GSP and other major highway. PKRG-TV (Park Ridge TV) which is a public access television station has been producing excellent shows for the last 10 years. The borough has a very famous Museum that showcases the world's only wampum drilling machine. Admission to the Pascack Historical Society Museum is free. The museum has conducted tours with a guide on Wednesdays and Sundays and displays the local history using cataloged artifacts and photographs, many of which stir the heart and soul. Park Ridge is home to some of the biggest corporate businesses such as Sony Corporation of America and Hertz Corporation.
