Home to 12,800 people, Ridgefield Park gives it's residents a good comfortable living area with ample amenities. 'Holy Name' hospital is just a mile away from this Municipal Court. One of the 4 spots in Bergen County that still uses the Village system. Ridgefield Park also owns the cable access program RPTV (Ridgefield Park TV), which was founded in 1987 by a local group. But what the village is most famous for is that it has the longest 4th of July parades in the country. The parade starts at 7:30 in the morning and ends at 7:30 in the evening. This is a tradition that has been followed since 1894.
