The court is located right on SR 68 which meets with SR 227, coming up from the South, in the Eastern part of town.

Although early settlers came here during the 1800's because of the rich soil, nearby rivers and streams, bountiful game, and good climate; the first business in Crossville was not established until the late 1880's and at the beginning of the 20th century cotton mills were built here. This is a city that was incoporated not just once but twice; first in the early 1930's and then again at the beginning of the 1940's. Crossville's Harvest festival is held annually each September in Crossvile city park. The festivities and games include inflatables for kids, arts, crafts, music and entertainment.
