SR 12 is the main street in Daleville.

With the Fort Rucker US Army Aviastion facility in its backyard; Daleville is also home to the nation’s biggest helicopter simulation facility. Within this same theme, Daleville is also home to the United States Army Aviation Museum. This facility houses a collection of over 160 military aircraft, including one of the largest collections of military helicopters in the world. Other exhibits display items representative of the Army's involvement in aviation from the beginning days of the Wright brothers and early combat aircraft from World War I. The restaurants in Daleville providing feeding spots to the personnel from Fort Rucker have a varied international cuisine from German to Italian and Oriental.
