The Town of Maryland is made up of mostly German descendants and is found on the Schenevus Creek. Most of the residents work in local Oneonta at the local hospital and businesses. It's pronounced Skuh-Knee-Vuss by locals. Small town of less than 2000 folks, but with a busy court due to the interstate.
