COMMENTS
The city name "Racine" does not mean you should drive like you're racing. That'll get you into the Racine court and you might find yourself spending some uncomfortable time.
ABOUT THE AREA
Racine is just south of busy Milwaukee, on the way to Kenosha. The city has great views of a rather large lake that should be named Lake Wisconsin, but the folks on the other side had different ideas and more influence apparently. The best spot just might be Shoop Park at Wind Point.

Racine has a City Attorney office: 636-9115. But don't call to resolve your case. You have to discuss it with the in Court, or so we hear.
