The Sweltzer lake state park is an ideal vacationing place located amid the city. However there is no dearth of natural scenery here even though it is located not far from the bustle of the city sky scape. The state park spreads over a wide span of area and eventually connects with the Rockies. Several tourists visiting this state park have said that they have encountered bears and other jungle cats harmlessly.
