ABOUT THE AREA
Hudson County is the smallest yet the most populous County in the state of New Jersey. Hudson County falls in the New York Metropolitan Area. It is ranks first in being the most diverse county in NJ. It has a good number of Hispanics, African-Americans & Asian-Americans. The county has good public transportation. Quite a few of the towns and cities in this county are zoned as UEZs (Urban Enterprise Zones) to promote economic development in these areas. Jersey City in this county has 3 colleges - Hudson County Community College, Saint Peter's College and NJ City University, while Union City in this county is very densely populated with a high percentage of people living in rented units.
