ABOUT THE AREA
Ridgway Colorado is known as the gateway to the San Juan Mountains. This forms the entry point to the San Juan Skyway. From the skyway you can see the Uncompahgre valley. It is surrounded by snow capped mountains. You can also relax in the Town Park after crossing the Skyway. It is a nice getaway with slower pace of life and the old world charm.
