Winona Justice Court is the Justice Court of Montgomery County and is located in the same building as the circuit court.

The city has a train station which was converted a train station converted into a retail store and is known as The Depot. This is one of the many buildings in the city which show great attention to maintenance and cleanliness. Unfortunately, some buildings which are in a city of old structures are not maintained and badly in need of renovation. However, to correct this situation the city has started a program to gather the thoughts and feelings of visitors as they observe for the first time the characteristics of the community.
