SR 24, SR 48, SR 567, SR 569 and SR 584 are the roads available for those motorists traveling into and out of Liberty.

Just about one mile west of Liberty there is a wonderful place to enjoy outdoor recreational activities called Ethel Stratton Vance Natural Area. This facility not only has a huge multi-purpose equestrian facility, featuring a 40,000 square foot lighted arena but also has a sports complex with softball fields some of which are lighted. The park also has rv/camper hook-ups, primitive camping areas, a hiking/bike trail, a beaver pond and unique sandstone outcroppings. This area has been the site of rodeos, bull bashes, roping and team pennings, horse shows, car shows, tractor-pulls, the county fair and area forestry events. Boy Scout & Girl Scout groups have upon occasion held their outings here.
