COMMENTS
There does not appear to be a court in the township. The North Warren / Hope Municipal Court appears to handle all matters that might arise out of Liberty Township. The township attorney is Michael Lavery, he can be reached at 908-852-5511.
ABOUT THE AREA
The town of Liberty has nearly 2800 residents. The biggest attraction in the township is the Mountain Lake Watershed which includes the glacial Mountain Lake. The Mountain Lake Commission Association was founded in 1967 in a local property around the lake. Today, it is the largest non-profit environmental organization in Warren County. The organization was awarded the 2006 "New Jersey Association of Conservation Districts" Award for it's contribution to the protection and betterment of the area's resources.
