ABOUT THE AREA
This town is connected to the State of Delaware by a set of twin suspension bridges called the Delaware Memorial Bridges over the Delaware River. The toll bridges carry I-295 and US Rt 40 between the states of Delaware and NJ. Carneys Point houses the Salem Community College, which offers some very good programs to it's students including forensic science. The Penns Grove-Carneys Point Regional School District serves students from kindergarten to the twelfth grade.
TYPE OF CASES
Being on the road from major routes such as Interstate 295, US Rt 130 and Route 48 to the Delaware River, this court gets plenty of speeding and drunk driving tickets.
