ABOUT THE AREA
Taking part in the Longleaf Trace Birthday Challenge each November is a wonderful experience. Participants run, walk, bike, roller blade or wheelchair their ages in kilometers on the Longleaf Trace. The Longleaf Trace winds through forests, crosses live streams, passes small scenic lakes and passes through small towns and is basically flat. The challenge start and finishes in Prentiss's Gateway Park.
