ABOUT THE AREA
Lyndon sits just about in the center of what was the Sac and Fox reservation before the tribe was removed to Oklahoma. For plenty of excitement the annual rodeo at the Lyndon Saddle Club is a must see. The Osage County Historical Society Museum has displays of artifacts donated by past and present residents of Osage county. A tour of this museum gives visitors a glimpse into the life and times of the county's past. The Dragoon Motocross Track just North of town is another place to view some exciting events.
