Sedan District Court is the Fourteenth District Court of Chautauqua County in the judicial district court system of Kansas.
ABOUT THE AREA
Sedan is the beneficiary of the over 50,000 visitors who come to the area to take in the scenery and the attractions in the area. While they are in Sedan they can visit the Ackarman Hardware store which opened around 1879, the Emmett Kelly Museum which honors the famous clown who entertained many Barnum and Bailey audiences over the years and the beautiful creekside park in downtown Sedan which volunteers created out of a dumpsite.
