Grab a pole and join the folks fishing around the Kechi Park lake for a relaxing afternoon. The Kechi Fair is held each June, opening its festivities with Friday night fireworks. Saturday night concludes with a street dance. You can eat your heart away with the ice cream social, the sausage and pancake feed and free ice cream. There is all kinds of other fun as well with baking contests, fishing derby, arts and craft booths and turtle races.
