COMMENTS
Court is located on the second floor of City Hall. Judge Smolkin served in the military, including a year in Vietnam. You have to appreciate his service to our country. Not so sure about his stint with the IRS though - well, someone has to do it. "Hot Pepper" Tepper was a lifeguard and went to Michigan State, so he's probably had some fun in his life. Hopefully he hasn't stopped.

Long Beach is a NYC suburb and beach resort community located on an island off of southern LI on the Atlantic Ocean. Was known as the "City By The Sea" and "The Riviera of the East" when it was first developed in the early 1900s.
